We've identified that the root of the recent issues is a faulty drive in the host node. This particular drive, which is crucial for the operating system, has been intermittently disconnecting, leading to unexpected freezes and booting problems for your VPS hypervisor.

The good news is that we've managed to get the operating system up and running again, and your VPS should be functioning normally for now. Our team is currently in the midst of moving the operating system to a RAID array, which should help prevent any future hiccups.

Regarding your data, we want to reassure you that it appears to be safe and sound. The issues we're tackling are isolated to the drives handling the operating system. However, we're not taking any chances – we've ramped up our backup frequency to ensure your data remains secure while we sort this out.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we work through this. If you have any concerns or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out.
